TARA BOUCHER psychotherapy
ABOUT ME
I’m TARA BOUCHER, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT 163258.
I’m a former professional dancer, a mother, and a passionate mental health advocate. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My areas of focus include teen mental health, life transitions, grief and loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

My path into this work has been shaped not only by my clinical training but also by my lived experiences in high-performance environments, creative spaces, and the evolving roles of adulthood and parenthood. I understand how identity, pressure, relationships, and change can deeply impact our emotional world.

I take an integrative and human-centered approach to therapy, which means your goals, values, and lived experiences remain at the center of our work. I meet you with warmth, respect, and gentle curiosity about the world that shaped you and the stories you’ve carried. Together, we will explore patterns, build insight, and create space for meaningful change.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounded, and empowering, a place where you can show up fully as yourself while also discovering new ways to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
