ABOUT ME

I’m TARA BOUCHER, Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT 137098. I'm a former professional dancer, a mother, and now MA in Clinical Psychology, serving California clients virtually and in office in Santa Monica. My areas of focus include teen mental health, life transitions, grief and loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and addiction. 

 

I take an integrative and human centered approach to therapy, which means that your goals and experiences will be the continued focus of our work together. I will meet you with gentle curiosity about the world that shaped you and the stories you have carried throughout your life.
